The ARIA project distributes derived data products from Sentinel 1 A/B and COSMO-SkyMed (CSK), and the use of ARIA products is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and either Agenzia Spaziale Italiana (ASI) for CSK data products or European Commission's Copernicus Programme for Sentinel data products. ARIA data products are the property of Caltech. When sharing, distributing, and publishing these products, the Users must mark the products with a copyright sign as follows: "<copyright, year> California Institute of Technology, Government sponsorship acknowledged." In addition, users must include the attribution "contains Copernicus data <year of reception>" for Sentinel data, and must include the attribution "contains ASI data <year of reception>" for CSK data. The User accepts the ARIA data products "as is", with no guarantees of accuracy or completeness. Neither Caltech, NASA, ASI, nor ESA are liable for any damage derived from the use of ARIA products by the User or any third party, except in case of willful misconduct. If your use of these data products results in a publication, please cite and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of the publication.
